Esterer & Ellmauthaler is a law firm founded in 2024 in the Salzburg region with offices in Puch bei Hallein and St. Johann im Pongau. Mag. Elisabeth Esterer and Mag. The problem
When traditional client acquisition no longer fits.

Esterer & Ellmauthaler was one of the first law firms in the Salzburg region to transfer client onboarding fully into a controlled pipeline. Here is what became clear in the process:
Regulated workflows are not the exception. They are the standard case as soon as someone works with applicable law. Anyone who needs a platform for this wants to be able to change the logic themselves — rather than negotiating their way through a developer queue.
And multi-client capability is not a feature — it is the growth lever. Two workflows are enough when they cover the entire client-contact experience, without the base system having to be rebuilt each time.
