Who is GL Inkasso?
GL Inkasso FlexCO
GL Inkasso FlexCO is a young debt collection service provider that organises the processing of claim volumes in a structured way. Clients upload CSV files with hundreds or thousands of claims; UNOY checks them for the intended details and prepares a demand letter for approval for each complete matter.
GL Inkasso uses an adapted workforce to process receivables data. UNOY supports the prepared steps; the service provider runs the work under its own rules.
The Problem
What was difficult before.
Classic debt collection: every matter is opened individually, checked against the legal basis, a demand letter drafted. With a few matters per day that works. With thousands of matters per client it becomes a bottleneck.
GL Inkasso wanted to process thousands of matters in parallel without quality suffering. Every matter needs a carefully prepared letter with the right address, the right file reference and the appropriate legal basis.
The workflows were to take over CSV imports, check each row against completeness and professional rules, flag missing data and prepare complete matters for the letter.
Voice
Why GL Inkasso relies on UNOY.
With UNOY we can prepare and import thousands of collection cases in a fraction of the time. The demand letters go out before the case is even opened.

Application
From data intake to the next step.
Records are imported and checked for the intended details. Complete matters move into the prepared processing; open points are visibly assigned.
Step
Import CSV.
01 · Step
The client uploads a CSV with claims data. UNOY checks the column schema, maps to internal fields. First validation: are mandatory fields filled?

Step
Validate against ruleset.
02 · Step
Each row against completeness rules (address, claim amount, reminder status), against the legal basis (appropriate jurisdiction, limitation status), against client rules.
Routing logic
Clear claim: demand letter is generated · Borderline case (address unclear, claim disputed, limitation possible): escalation to case handler with explanation · No match: stop, query back to client.

Step
Prepare demand letter.
03 · Step
For each complete matter: demand letter with the stored legal basis, the checked address and the documented reminder status, prepared as a PDF for approval.
Step
Trace dispatch.
04 · Step
Every letter with a record: which data was used, which ruleset version, who approved. Documented traceably for later proceedings.
Lessons learned
Handle more matters on a shared foundation.
Recurring steps can be reused for suitable claims.
The responsible experts decide which rules and approvals apply.
CSV imports are often data-dirty. The validation layer is therefore the most important piece: matters that are not unambiguous go into a queue for human review.
Frequently asked questions
What you want to know.
What happens to cases that fail validation?
They are marked as needing clarification and passed to the responsible person. Processing continues only after the intended addition or decision.
Who is liable if a demand letter is legally incorrect?
GL Inkasso. They are the licensed debt collection service provider; their legal team approves the ruleset version running in the workflow. UNOY provides the workspace.
Can the system be extended to other claim types?
In principle yes. Separate rules are defined for further claim types and reviewed before use.
How secure is client data?
Processing in EU data centres whose operators are certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 42001. With a data processing agreement and client separation per collection customer.
Does the system scale to tens of thousands of claims?
The largest observed import comprised 5,000 cases in one CSV file, processed in under 15 minutes. Larger volumes are agreed before use.
What happens if UNOY ceases operations?
The agreement defines which workflows, rules and records are provided at the end of the contract. The retention obligation for claim files remains with GL Inkasso.
