The guide leads them in a structured way through the central topics of data protection law, from the principles and lawfulness of processing through data subject rights to data security and data breach management.
It also addresses specific application areas: website and webshop, DPIA threshold analysis, video surveillance, information obligations and data processing agreements. Methodologically owned by a data protection officer, auditable, built and operated on UNOY.

Who is accountable for the subject-matter content?
The WKO, with the methodology owned by a data protection officer. UNOY provides the platform and the engineering; subject-matter accountability for the rule base rests with the WKO.
