* Self mode: You need internal platform owners (no AI engineering build-out) to operate UNOY OS. Typically 0.3–0.8 FTE. Values are indicative for medium complexity; concrete pricing ranges are on the Pricing page.
§ 05 · Assumptions
What the calculator assumes.
To help you contextualise the numbers, the assumptions are set out transparently here.
Matter processing rate
The percentage describes how many of the previous processing minutes are eliminated by UNOY. Standardised matters (claims, GDPR disclosures) sit at 70–85 %. More complex cases with special review sit at 50–65 %. We recommend using the conservative value.
Hourly rate
Full-cost hourly rate means: gross salary + employment charges + overhead share (rent, IT, management). Typical DACH values: SME case handling 55–75 €, insurance case handling 55–70 €, chamber specialist 60–80 €, Legal 95–140 €. If in doubt, ask your CFO.
What the calculation does not include
Qualitative effects: faster turnaround, fewer follow-up queries, less version conflict, lower turnover through relief. Hard to quantify, but often the real lever. We call this the “soft ROI”, and show it concretely in the workshop.
Regarding UNOY costs
The gross savings in the live calculator show the staffing cost side. UNOY costs, per-matter flat fee or platform licence, are offset in the TCO comparison. The range is typically 15–35 % of the staffing cost savings, depending on the model.
